Upload Files to Icloud Drive From Pc

Could you try signing into iCloud nether a unlike account and bank check if the issue also happens there?
Open Commencement
Type: cmd
Right click CMD
Click Run as administrator
At the command prompt, type:
internet user administrator /active:yes
Hitting Enter
Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Ambassador account.
Try signing into iCloud to check if its still happening.

Did non work
I don't have another iCloud account, and accept almost 1Tb of files and then it take hours to delete and 4 days to upload if i sign out of my business relationship (which i just did a few days ago)

Sad for the filibuster, yep I uninstalled/reinstalled, it takes 3 wish days to repopulate the iCloud binder with all my files
It syncs from mac to Windows fairly steady until nearly complete, then it goes to a snails pace for I'm guessing the last <5%
Since i did this Feb four, Windows is getting files off the server, and 2 test files i created on a mac
Notwithstanding Examination files i created on the Windows however take not uploaded to server or Mac
I Cloud for windows works poorly, I call back I am going to allow it do its matter for another calendar week and if it won't sync, I'm going to carelessness it
